In-game rules
  1. The player must comply with all of the following rules and restrictions.
  2. It is forbidden to carry out the following actions with your game accounts and game characters:
    • sale;
    • purchase;
    • exchange;
    • broadcast;
    • dissemination of information about the player's intention to perform the specified actions both by the player himself and by any third parties.
    The player can use the character of another player with his permission, but does not have the right to transfer, sell game values and/or game currency that is stored on the character. Playing on another player's character for a long time will be treated as a purchase or transfer of a character.
  3. It is forbidden to carry out the following actions with any in-game object, value, game currency:
    • sale outside the game and / or for out-of-game values;
    • purchase for out-of-game values;
    • gratuitous transfer to another player in large volumes;
    • dissemination of information about the intention of the player to perform the specified actions, both by the player himself and by any third parties.
    A transfer to another player means such a transfer that does not have a game benefit for one of the parties.
  4. Players are prohibited from using any in-game bugs and bugs of any related software in the game. The player who discovers such errors in the game is obliged to inform the administration about it.
  5. Players are prohibited from spreading rumors, slander, discrediting information about the administration, other players, the game as a whole.
  6. Players are prohibited from using any software that affects the gameplay.
  7. Players are prohibited from using any obscene, offensive, provocative or non-game words and symbols in any form in the names or descriptions of characters and other game objects, using any obscene, offensive, provocative or non-game words and symbols in the names or descriptions of guilds.
  8. Players are prohibited from using identical or too similar names / names of previously created characters or guilds.
  9. Players are prohibited from using profanity, insults, threats of violence or physical harm in the gameplay, advertising drugs, pornographic materials or third-party resources containing these materials in the public domain, promoting intolerance towards racial, national, religious, cultural, ideological, sexual, linguistic or political affiliation.
  10. Players are prohibited from intentionally committing any actions that make it difficult or impossible for other players to access the game, as well as intentionally committing any actions that make it difficult or impossible for the administration to fulfill their duties, creating deliberate interference in the game for other users that are not provided for by the existing game process.
  11. Players are prohibited from creating character names, guild names, and other insignia that indicate belonging to the administration. Presenting yourself to other players as an administration.
  12. Players are prohibited from disseminating or intentionally obtaining information that allows access to the accounts of other players in the game. Distribution of links to third-party resources containing such information, as well as the use of information that allows access to the accounts of other players in the game.
  13. Users are prohibited from hacking/attempting to hack software components and/or intercepting data coming to or from the server. Any modification, alteration, decompilation, distribution of modified game materials in whole or in part. Using software errors, changing the program code, gaining unauthorized access to the game server and database.
Penalties

In case of violation of the rules of the game by the player, the administration has the right to apply the following sanctions:

  • limit the use of in-game chats;
  • forcefully rename the character, guild, in-game objects;
  • withdraw items, in-game currency, other in-game valuables;
  • limit, suspend or completely terminate access to the account;
  • delete character or account.

The administration, at its discretion, determines the duration of the imposed sanctions, and also has the right to refuse to provide evidence of a violation of the rules of the game.
